Private PDF merging

Your files are combined inside the browser and are not sent to Klikivo. Select 2–10 PDFs, up to 50 MB total and 100 pages.

Keep the correct order

Select the files in the order you want them to appear. For individual pages, use the PDF splitter.

When PDF merging is the right choice

Merge files when several related documents must be delivered, archived or printed in one predictable order. Common examples include a cover letter followed by attachments, monthly statements or chapters exported separately.

A reliable merge workflow

  1. Rename files in the order you need before selecting them.
  2. Open the result and inspect the first, last and boundary pages.
  3. Keep original files until the combined PDF is accepted.

Limits and troubleshooting

Password-protected, damaged or unusually complex PDFs may not load. Merging does not validate digital signatures and changing the document structure can affect signed files. Use Split PDF if you need to remove pages first, and read our PDF size guide before compressing the result.
